Is there a cost to join the partner program? +
No. Joining as a referral or implementation partner is completely free. There are no membership fees, quotas, or exclusivity requirements. Reseller partners may have a nominal certification fee to cover training costs.
How are commissions tracked and paid? +
Each partner receives a unique referral link or code. When a client signs up through your link, the system automatically attributes the sale to you. Commissions are calculated monthly and paid via bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days of client payment.
What support do partners receive? +
Referral partners receive marketing materials and monthly commission reports. Implementation partners get priority support (4-hour SLA), product training, and certification. Reseller partners receive a dedicated partner manager and joint roadmap input.
Can I sell to clients outside Brazil? +
Yes. While many of our products are optimized for the Brazilian market (nopCommerce payment and shipping plugins), our Umbraco plugins, LicenseTree, Runner's Edge, and CaseOrbit are used globally. We welcome international partners.
What happens after I submit the application? +
We review applications within 48 business hours. If there's a fit, we'll schedule a 20-minute call to understand your agency, discuss which products align with your client base, and set you up with partner access.
